Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) Partners Shelter Aid Organization, West African Ceramics Ltd and some relevant government MDAs in Organizing Real Estate and Construction (RECON) Expo 2020.

The Expo which enjoys the collaboration and support of West African Ceramics Ltd, makers of Royal Ceramics, Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FEWACCI) and a host of government and private sector organizations from across the globe will hold from 18 – 21 Nov, 2020.

The theme of the Expo is “Revamping the Economy through Investment in Real Estate and Infrastructure” and it is scheduled to hold both physically and virtually at the Abuja Trade and Convention Center, Km8, Airport road, Abuja and virtually @ www.afrihall.com.

RECON EXPO is the leading exhibition on Housing, Construction and Environment, designed to PROMOTE the economic interest of participants and also advance the economic development of Nigeria through private and public sector investments in Housing and infrastructure.

This year’s edition will give participants the opportunity to meet and network with over 250 exhibitors, 50,000 targeted customers and over 400, 000 participants/attendees from across Nigeria, West Africa and other parts of the world.

This Expo started as a yearly event in 2016 as Abuja Investment Expo but has been changed to REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION (RECON) EXPO as a result of the demand to address specific industry needs and yearnings of participants.

This year’s edition which is the 5th will feature Exhibition and Conferences on Housing and Construction, Furniture and Fittings, Tools and Appliances.

Building Materials and Lightings, Equipment, Lands, Urban Planning Safe Environment; Mortgage and Project Financing; Sales Promotion, Products Launch and Modern Building Techniques are also expected to be featured at the EXPO.

Networking, B2G and B2B Meetings as well as Investment Forums, Plenary Sessions and Seminars are also to be featured.

The Expo promises to provide practical end to end solution for rapid and revolving delivery of decent cost – effective housing to low and medium – income earners in the formal and informal sectors of the economy.

It also aims to demonstrate new approaches to Urban Policy; Infrastructural Provisions; Financing and Investment Mechanisms; Housing Typologies and Tenures; Incentives; Partnerships; New Investment Models and Opportunities in Housing and and other Sectors of the Economy.
