…Despatches delegation to commiserate with family

The President of Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), Prince Adetokunbo Kayode has sent a message of condolence to the founding and first President of the Chamber, Alhaji Yusuf Sadoh.

He prayed that the Almighty Allah grants him Jannat-ul-Firdaus.

Alhaji Sadoh who died in the early hours of Friday, 12th July was interred in Minna, the Niger state capital on same day in accordance with Muslim rites.

In the message, Prince Kayode described Alhaji Sadoh as nationalist, entrepreneur of repute, a dedicated Organised Private Sector (OPS) player and mentor whose legacy will linger for long.

“I am saddened by the demise of our founding and first president of the ACCI, Alhaji Yusuf Sadoh who died on Friday, 12th July, 2019.

” In this moment of grief, the Exco, Council, management, members, partners and staff deeply condole with Alhaji Sadoh’s family.

“As the first President of our Chamber, he laid a solid foundation which subsequent leaders of the Chamber are building upon.

” In his lifetime, he devoted greater part of his energy, competence, professional touch, mastery of the Organised Private Sector (OPS) terrain to improve the economy of the nation by building critical networks of understanding.

“He equally served as a mentor to several people and his track record of achievement in the chamber movement and economic development shall remain indelible on the sands of time.

“While consoling the family for this irreparable loss, we are however consoled that he lived a life that is worthy of emulation. We will miss him”, the President stated.

Meanwhile, the President has despatched a delegation from the Chamber to condole with his family in Minna.

The team include: Dr. Abubakar Al-Mujtaba (First Deputy President)-Leader; Mallam Bukhari Bello, Vice President Legal and Alhaji Balarabe Usman, Vice President Finance.

Others are: Dr. Aliyu Idi Hong, Council member; Mrs. Tonia Shoyele, Director General; Mr Usman Abbas, Council member as well as Mr. Lubem Gena, Media and Strategy Officer of the Chamber.
